Bell Helicopter has marked a number of new contracts and deliveries at the Singapore Airshow.

Two Bell 505 Jet Ranger X helicopters have been delivered to SECO International in Japan. These first Bell 505s delivered in Japan will be used for passenger transport, sightseeing, aerial photography and television broadcasting.

SECO International signed a letter of intent in March 2015 for ten Bell 505 Jet Ranger X helicopters.

BellHelicopter has also signed a purchase agreement with both Vietnam Helicopter Corporation and its subsidiary, Northern Vietnam Helicopter Company, for two Bell 505 Jet Ranger X helicopters.

The companies operate a fleet of modern helicopters providing utility and transport services across a number of industries such as oil and gas, tourism, air ambulance, search and rescue and VIP transportation; along with providing pilot training and maintenance, repair and overhaul services.

Also at the show Bell announced that Jakarta’s PT Travira Air, a charter air service operator, has signed for Bell’s Customer Advantage Plans support solution for three of its Bell 412 EPs.

Bell’s Customer Advantage Plans provide customers with comprehensive coverage solutions for daily operations. The plans offer a fixed-cost-per-flight-hour service option that protects customers’ budgets and their aircraft and increases aircraft availability at rates competitive to published direct maintenance costs.
