Lockheed Martin receives MATS contract
Lockheed Martin will provide multi-country C-130J aircrew and maintenance simulator training under an $87 million contract from the US Department of Defense announced on 21 November.
The company will provide C-130J aircrew and maintenance training to support the US government and US Air Force Security Assistance Training international partners' mission objectives.
Lockheed Martin's Maintenance and Aircrew Training System programme provides a comprehensive range of training devices and training support services to aircrews, including aircrew instruction, operations, contractor logistics support and engineering services.
The contract will run through December 2023.
