Europe turns to industrial and procurement co-operation with Ukraine as supplies continue

In the past two weeks the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO) in Ukrainian defence start-ups and Ukraine signed a deal with US company Swift Beat for the development of drones. In the same period, Ukraine also participated in a meeting of the EU Defence Readiness Task Force (DRTF) and presented defence projects as part of the EU’s Security Action for Europe (SAFE) initiative.
Ukraine has also continued to receive equipment and promises of equipment from allied countries, such as the Dutch government contracting Rheinmetall Defence Nederland to supply 20 Ermine crewed/uncrewed vehicles to Ukraine.
