DynCorp wins new support contract
DynCorp has announced that it has been awarded a contract by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command-Pacific to provide operations support services to Joint Special Operations Task Force in Philippines, within the designated Joint Operation Area and Manila, Republic of the Philippines. The company made the announcement 7 June, 2012.
According to the company, DynCorp will provide services including management and administration, command and staff, public safety, air operations, port operations, supply, morale, welfare and recreation support, galley, facility support, utilities, base support vehicles and equipment and environmental services.
The competitively-awarded, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract has one base year with four, one-year options and a total contract value of $198 million if all options are exercised.
