Dubai Airshow 2019: Regional discussions spark C-2 interest

Manufacturer Kawasaki Heavy Industries is currently holding talks with a number of Middle Eastern countries concerning its C-2 transport aircraft, as the company bids to secure a first export customer for the fixed-wing platform.

Despite being unable to disclose any names of nations who have expressed an interest in the C-2, a spokesperson for Kawasaki confirmed to Shephard that ‘several potential customers’ across the region are being spoken to.
