Lockheed Martin has delivered the newest C-130J Super Hercules to Dyess Air Force Base (AFB) in Texas, marking Dyess as the largest C-130J operator in the world with a total of 28 aircraft.
The latest delivery is the final C-130J Super Hercules (Lockheed Martin aircraft number 5726) designated for the 317th Airlift Group. Gen Paul Selva, commander, Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, flew the aircraft to Dyess AFB from the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics facility in Marietta.
