Netherlands receives first Leguan bridge systems
Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) has delivered the first two Leguan bridge laying systems to the Dutch Defence Materiel Organisation, the company announced on 10 December.
The Netherlands ordered the Leguan Close Support Bridge (CSB) on Leopard 2 chassis systems under a bilateral procurement with Germany in 2016.
Also included in the order are additional equipment and training simulators.
KMW will deliver the final systems in 2021.
