NDIA Logistics 2012: Primes backing small businesses

The US Department of Defense (DoD) and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) 'primes' must rethink their relationship with small businesses, according to representatives from the leading defence companies.

In a roundtable discussion at the NDIA Logistics conference in Miami, senior executives from Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman expressed their thoughts on developing relationships between government and industry.
