Airbus signs a contract with the Egyptian Air Force for performance-based support of its C295 fleet.

The Egyptian Air Force (EAF) has signed a five-year integrated support contract with Airbus for the support of its C295 fleet.

The fleet comprises 24 aircraft, making the EAF C295 fleet the largest of its kind worldwide.

Airbus will provide integrated and performance-based services which ensure that all elements of support are available.

The provision of material services, on-site technical support and on-wing maintenance are included in the contract. This level of support will optimise fleet availability and mission readiness while reducing maintenance costs.

Airbus has provided support through a wide service portfolio with the highest quality technical and personnel resources since the delivery of the first aircraft to Egypt in 2011.
