H145 FFS gets EASA/LBA approval
The ADAC HEMS Academy has received approval from the German Federal Aviation Office (LBA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for the H145 Level D Full Flight Simulator (FFS).
The Reiser Simulation and Training (RST) H145 FFS includes a full Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS)-compatible H145 helicopter cockpit and simulated Helionix avionics suite.
The simulator comprises a six DOF-electric motion and vibration system, a directly projected moving imagery using 15 two-channel HD LED video projectors on a 240x80 degree screen and an intuitive onboard instructor operating station that assures the highest level of realistic flight experience.
The H145 flight model is based on flight test data collected by RST’s flight data acquisition business unit, Reiser Flight Systems.
With these approvals, the simulator is ready to train international H145 operators.
