NDIA Logistics 2012: Logistics answer to global 'moral imbalance'

Military logistics can lead efforts to respond to 'perceived moral imbalances' around the world, SAIC's new CEO John Jumper has urged.

After only a month in the job, Jumper explained to the NDIA Logistics conference in Miami how integral the logistics community is in dealing with disasters worldwide: 'We continue to see unrest and increasing demand to rapidly respond to global unrest.

'The US will continue to respond to perceived moral imbalance around the world and great disasters falling upon mankind. History teaches us that the US does respond and this is mainly through the efforts of our logistics community,'
