FIDAE 2010: Lockheed Martin hopeful of C-130J sale to Chile

Lockheed Martin says it is hopeful of a C-130J sale to the Chilean Air Force.

Lockheed Martin director of international business development in the Americas, Richard Singer, said the company had been promoting the C-130J to the Chilean Air Force for some time but following the devastating earthquake in the country at the end of February, government priorities in spending had changed.
 
'We are aware that since the earthquake, government priorities in the military budgets are changing,' Singer told Mil-Log.com at the FIDAE Airshow in Santiago, Chile.
