RNZN begins two-year tanker capability gap

The Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN) retired its solitary tanker, HMNZS Endeavour, at Devonport Naval Base on 15 December. This leaves the navy without a tanker capability for at least two years until its replacement is commissioned.
