Kratos team wins logistics and sustainment contract
Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today it was part of the winning team that was recently awarded a new contract for logistics and sustainment of multiple weapon and combat systems. This is a two-year single contract with a total value over $40 million. Under this contract award, Kratos will provide test and evaluation (T&E), repair, and overhaul of certain military hardware for the US Department of Defense. No additional information is being provided due to customer specific and other considerations, including the nature of the work to be performed.
"We are very pleased to continue to assist this important Department of Defense and National Security related customer in the sustainment of its weapon systems, combat systems and hardware as a critical member of this winning contract team," said Jennifer Price, Senior Vice President of Kratos' Madison Research unit of the Weapon Systems Solutions Division.
