Eurosatory 2018: New automated load handling system for Australia

Rheinmetall Defence has unveiled the new Supashock Automated Load Handing System (ALHS 17) at Eurosatory 2018.

The new system, designed and built by Australian company, Supashock, enables the efficient, automated loading and unloading of containers, modules and flat racks onto military trucks.

Fitted to a Rheinmetall HX 8x8 truck, the automated system enables users to load or unload ISO containers and STANAG-compliant flat racks weighing up to 17tns from the safety of an armoured cab.
