Company hopes new gear box issues won't slow A400M project

Airbus Military remains confident that it will be able to deliver the first production aircraft to the French Air Force (FAF) in late 2012/early 2013 despite further problems with the gear box. According to Cedric Gautier, the head of the A400M programme at Airbus, there should be enough flexibility in the schedule to apply any fix that might be needed.
