Army Sustainment Command shifts support emphasis

Senior US Army logisticians used the recent Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Global Force Symposium and Exposition, held in Huntsville, Alabama, to outline a shift in logistics organisational and planning emphasis designed to support future multi-domain operations.

MG Duane Gamble, commanding general, Army Sustainment Command (ASC), emphasised how the command’s current lines of effort reflected the strategic focus areas that have been identified by GEN Gustave Perna, commander, Army Materiel Command (AMC).
