Airbus Military bullish about emerging markets

While defence budgets in Europe and the US are flatlining, Airbus Military believes this is more than offset by ‘blooming’ demand across the rest of the world.

Rafael Tentor, SVP for programmes at Airbus Military shone light on the company’s strategic sales plan in light of shrinking economies in the US and Europe.

‘We have shrinking defence budgets but increasing demands; Libya is an example of this,’ Tentor told a media briefing in Seville on 29 May.
