Cubic tailors mortar simulator for the US Army

In October, the US training and simulation industry is expecting to receive the request for proposal (RFP) documents for the C-17 III Globemaster aircrew training system (ATS) requirement from the US Air Force (USAF).
The current C-17 ATS incumbent is Link Simulation & Training which was awarded the contract in 2011, taking the business away from Boeing. In line with USAF protocols, such contracts are re-bid every five to six year -unless of course, the incumbent makes a major failing.
Following upcoming RFP submission in November this year, the USAF is expected to make the award for one base
