Cubic tailors mortar simulator for the US Army

Textron AirLand’s twin-engine Scorpion aircraft has crossed the equator for the first time to appear at the FIDAE Airshow in Chile.
The first prototype, also known as Demonstrator 1 (D-1), is here at the show with the company looking at several opportunities across the region. That aircraft has now built up around 600 hours flying time since its maiden flight in December 2013.
Textron AirLand President Bill Anderson, said he saw a significant number of opportunities in the South America region, although he declined to name specific countries.
