Cubic tailors mortar simulator for the US Army

Enstrom Helicopter Corporation has delivered an Enstrom 480B-G helicopter to LOM Praha for use at the Flight Training Center (CLV) on the military base in Pardubice, Czech Republic.
This is the first of six 480B-Gs that will be delivered to replace the Mi-2 aircraft the CLV had been using for Czech Air Force pilot training since 2004.
Four aircraft will be military registered and two civilian registered. They will all be fitted with the Garmin G1000H glass cockpit.

The company will operate in two new locations in the coming years to better support US services.
This type of tool provides more realistic training easing the incorporation of new scenarios that accurately represent the threats of the battlefield.
The Engineering Corps has been conducting individual instruction using FLAIM Systems’ Sweeper and should start collective deployments in 2025.
The next-generation platform is motion-compatible and can be used in OTW and NVG applications.
The system can be used to prepare soldiers for both drone offensive operations and CUAS missions.
