Cubic tailors mortar simulator for the US Army
The company’s mortar trainer received improvements based on soldier’s feedback.
The UK’s Defence College of Technical Training (DCTT) is updating the e-learning capabilities at HMS Sultan. The £6 million ($7.9 million) programme is providing a LEARN e-learning network and new student laptops.
‘This is the final element of providing LEARN to our four technical training schools that are split across six sites,’ said Air Cdre Adam Sansom, DCTT Commandant, at the Defence, Simulation, Education and Training Conference (DSET) in Bristol.
HMS Sultan is the shore-based home of the Defence School of Marine Engineering (DSMarE), the primary function of which is to supply the RN with engineering officers and ratings.
