SGA2012: STE launches network solution for combat vehicles
ST Electronics has launched a new compact IP-based integrated voice and data communication system.
Revealed at the Singapore Air Show on 13 February, the SuperneT Vehicular Communication Systems ST6800 (SuperneT VICS) provides a 'network platform to facilitate integration of heterogeneous C4ISR', a statement from the company said.
'The SuperneT VICS offers an ideal platform for collaboration, providing speed of command and control and enhanced operational efficiency for work groups on wheeled and tracked combat vehicles, and small naval crafts operating in high temp and harsh tactical environments,' the statement continued.
