LGS acquires Axios
LGS Innovations (LGS) has acquired Axios, a communications and signal processing solutions and mission support service provider for the US Department of Defense and intelligence communities, LGS announced on 1 October.
LGS is a provider of next generation communication and networking solutions for the US national security, defence, and advanced research communities. With the acquisition, LGS will be able to enhance its ISR technologies by adding mission-attached services and application development capabilities.
