Virtual small arms trainer (VSAT) specialists, VirTra has acquired, what it terms, ‘various intellectual property assets and proprietary designs related to simulated firearm technology from Tiberius Technology, LLC doing business as Innotech Dynamics.'
The company intends to use these newly acquired patents to enhance its current product capabilities through improved recoil kits as well as to develop new training equipment for its main markets, the military and law enforcement sectors.
Additionally, Innotech will provide ongoing consulting support to VirTra as the company integrates the technology into its existing product portfolio.
