Serco to deliver training to ÚS Army
Serco has received a contract to continue delivering full-lifecycle training support services to the US Army Joint Munitions Command and the Defense Ammunition Center, the company announced on 5 October.
The contract has a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods and is valued at $22 million, if all option years are exercised.
The contract will see Serco create, design, develop, test and maintain learning products, services and technologies to strengthen the customer’s mission capabilities across the army and Department of Defense. The company will also be responsible for updating content when necessitated by changes in regulations/laws/policies and employing methodologies for evaluating the effectiveness of the training provided upon completion.
