Avalon 2019: Boeing’s T-X spreads its wings
After winning the US Air Force’s Advanced Pilot Training (APT) programme Boeing is now in discussions with potential international customers for the T-X training aircraft.
These are early days for the T-X, an aircraft that is yet to be named by the US Air Force, but Boeing is balancing the clear and present need to focus on delivery to the home customer before getting too carried away with an export drive.
