IDEX 2019: US defence companies retain top export status in Middle East

The Middle East and North Africa is home to seven out of the top ten nations in the world when it comes to defence spending as a percentage of GDP. US defence companies are the top exporters to the region, however, Russian and French companies are also making inroads.
