IDEX 2019: Big contracts on the horizon for Milrem
Once again Milrem Robotics’ THeMIS UGV was unavoidable at an international trade show in various weaponised configurations and after years of pushing the platform some larger sales could finally be on the horizon.
However, despite all these weapon integrations a Milrem spokesperson said it is more likely that the company will see sales in the near future for its non-weaponised UGV solutions.
With small numbers of units sold to the likes of France, Norway, the Netherlands and the UK he said ‘we are slowly selling it’ noting that some ‘big contracts are coming’.
The UGV took part in Army Warfighting Experiment
