RAF considers Tornado simulator extension

As the RAF’s GR-4 Tornado simulator celebrates ten years in service, military and industry are considering ways to extend the life of the system to accommodate future requirements.

The three simulators in operation - two at RAF Lossiemouth and one at RAF Marham - are operated by Thales UK, which has unveiled plans for a visual system upgrade in the future.
