L3 Technologies has completed the acquisition of Azimuth Security and Linchpin Labs, the company announced on 31 August.
The acquired companies will operate under L3’s ISR Systems business segment as L3 Trenchant. The acquisition will strengthen L3’s existing command, control, communications, computers, cyber-defence and combat systems, and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities.
Linchpin Labs is a custom software development company with locations in Australia, Canada, UK and the US, while Azimuth Security is an Australia-based IT security services company.
