CACI to continue Trojan Spirit support
The US Army’s Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) has awarded a three-year contract to CACI International to continue its support of the Trojan Spirit programme, it was announced on 11 January.
The $81 million award will see the company continue to provide integration, training, fielding, and logistics services to support the army in deploying and maintaining Trojan Spirit terminals globally.
Trojan Spirit is the army’s intelligence dissemination system that provides secure information connectivity to tactical commanders on the battlefield and around the globe.
John Mengucci, chief operating officer and president, CACI US Operations, said: ‘As a trusted partner to the US Army’s Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate, CACI is dedicated to continuing our support to the Trojan Spirit programme. We have the proven expertise and programme familiarity to help sustain this vital communications network.’
