AUSA 10: AAI unveils FASTCOM secure 3G network
This week AAI in conjunction with ViaSat and Overwatch has unveiled its FASTCOM mobile communications solution for early entry forces.
The new system bolts together a number of military of the shelf (MOTS) and commercial off the shelf (COTS) elements to provide warfighters with a G3 based C3 infrastructure that can be up and running as soon as soldiers set foot in theatre.
