SAIC receives TSS-E contract
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has been awarded a place on the US Army's Training Support Systems - Enterprise (TSS-E) contract.
The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a five-year ordering period and a ceiling value of over $554 million.
Under this contract, the awardees will provide networked, integrated and interoperable training support capabilities to active duty, reserve, and national guard soldiers, units, commands and installations located throughout the continental US and overseas.
The contract will include development, delivery and enablement of an operationally relevant and totally integrated live, virtual, constructive and gaming training environment through the army’s TSS-E products, services and facilities worldwide.
These training services and solutions fall into five major task areas including Sustainable Range Program; Combat Training Center; Mission Complex and the army’s Live, Virtual, Constructive, Integrating-Architecture; soldier training; and training development.
