QinetiQ becomes majority investor in Inzpire
QinetiQ Group has become a majority investor in Inzpire, with an 85% share ownership in the company that will rise to 100% after two years.
With support from QinetiQ, Inzpire will expand its product and service offerings to a wider international audience. The companies will work together to exploit operational synergies spanning areas including mission data, human factors, simulation, test and evaluation, mission systems and flight operations.
Inzpire’s service delivery will continue in its current form, with no impact on current contractual obligations.
