Inzpire will provide subject matter expertise to support the development of training for the Royal Air Force’s future Protector UAS. The company announced a contract for the work with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) on 19 July.
The contract will see Inzpire personnel involved in the development of the training needs analysis and synthetic requirements to support the full range of personnel required to operate and maintain the UAS.
Paul Rolfe, head of unmanned and ISTAR division, Inzpire, said: ‘We are delighted to have been selected to support this innovative programme. The technological complexity, challenging timeline and sheer range of advanced training requirements needed to bring this pioneering programme into service is exciting.
‘In selecting Inzpire for this contract the MoD has demonstrated enormous trust and support to local small to medium size companies and we intend to provide the highest level of service over the next two years.’
