Avalon 2017: Air Affairs teams with DA Defence
Air Affairs Australia, based at Alabatross Aviation Technology Park in New South Wales, is no stranger to providing live training to all three services that comprise the Australian Defence Forces (ADF).
The company has a fleet of 13 Learjet 35/36 aircraft that are used for target towing as well as its Phoenix Jet air defence target drone (see picture). The latter has been used by the ADF for the past six years.
The company has now teamed with Discovery Air Defence Services Inc. (DA Defence), a wholly owned subsidiary of Discovery Air Inc to provide Red Air and fighter
