DVD2014: GDUK displays Scout prototype
The first pre-production prototype of the Scout Specialist Vehicle (SV) protected mobility reconnaissance support (PMRS) vehicle was on display at the DVD exhibition in Millbrook, UK on 25 June.
Fitted with a 12.7mm self-defence weapon, the PMRS vehicle - known as PT4 - is expected to become fully qualified and certified following the completion of further trialling and shakedown tests over the coming months.
