Aussie Land 400 initiated
Australia’s Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) has kick-started the Australian Army’s massive Land 400 Phase 2 vehicle acquisition programme.
In an announcement on the 10 December the DMO made a formal request for tender (RfT) for the project and said the programme would be launch early in January 2015.
This is the third attempt at a procurement solution for Land 400 Phase 2 with previous Requests for Information being issued in 2006 and 2010.
