Digital and automated lighting pioneer Barco announced today that it is expanding its local presence in Canada by partnering with SC Media Technologies, which will serve as its exclusive distributor of Barco/High End Systems lighting and Elements LED solutions. Now, Barco's customers in Canada will be able to obtain products, service and support from a local distributor for a faster, more cost-effective approach to fulfilling their creative lighting and display needs.
SC Media is providing support through its national sales and dedicated project management teams, expanding its personnel to fulfill the anticipated increase in business from Barco sales and service. The company has a rich foundation in pro audio which will be well complimented by the expansion into Barco's professional video displays.
