MSPO 2015: Poland surveys satellites
Poland is looking to launch two earth observation satellites by 2020 to improve its global surveillance capabilities.
The plan is to launch one military grade satellite with hi-resolution capabilities and a second commercial satellite with medium resolution capability down to 2m.
Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) from the UK is in talks with the Polish MoD to put forward its proposal for the second satellite with a team that includes Polish industry.
