Harris anticipates Australian Land 2072 contract
Communications systems currently constitute the majority of Harris Corporation's business in Australia, with Harris actively working towards the award of a multi-million dollar contract under Land Project 2072 Phase 3 for the next stage in the Australian Defence Force's (ADF) digitisation and modernisation evolution.
Harris Communications Australia (HCA) was appointed preferred tenderer for Phase 3 in April 2016. Harris is now in formal negotiations with the Australian government and is hopeful of the programme being awarded mid-year.
