Saab has unveiled a turnkey suite of passive sensor solution to support electronic warfare (EW) intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions across air, land and maritime domains.

Presenting the solution to the media at the company’s headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden on 14 May, Peter Verkland, senior product manager for EW systems at Saab, described how the ‘Sirius’ solution had bandied together multiple existing capabilities already provided by the company.

‘Sirius represents a full range of capabilities based on a common architecture and with a domain-specific edge for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations, beyond the scope of individual sensors,’ Verkland explained.
