Harris Corporation has unveiled a concept version of its Falcon Fighter modular soldier system at Eurosatory aimed at providing soldier modernisation programmes (SMP) with a 'battle-proven' and 'off-the-shelf' solution.
Speaking to Digital Battlespace in Paris on 14 July, Harris RF Communications Division international president Andy Start said the company had already supplied elements of the system to the special operations community as well as 25 SMPs worldwide. He added that the company was also in talks with a number of undisclosed customers in the Middle East to supply the system in its entirety.
