TSC acquires ADS
Technical Services Corporation (TSC) has acquired Accelerated Development & Support Corporation (ADS), a Virginia-based science and technology services provider, the company announced on 7 January.
ADS provides support to US Department of Defense programmes. Rebranded as ADS Federal, the unified company will focus on strengthening its relationships with the US Department of State, the Office of Naval Research, the Department of Energy and the Department of Homeland Security.
ADS Federal will retain TSC's certifications and expand core capabilities to include advanced scientific and engineering expertise in weapons development, UAS and autonomy.
