Patient info miniaturised for NATO medic exercise
A tiny bit of kit could be set to make an impact when it is used in at the NATO 2019 Vigorous Warrior Field Medical Exercises held in Romania in April 2019.
The MCCS wearable medical information system, by Italian company Inmanibusmeis (INMM), was on display at SCTX 2019 in London.
It allows for point of injury real time reading and updating of all previous health record on a tiny, wearable hard drive the size of a button. Information about the medic who previously treated the patient is also stored on the device and can be read through an android
