Opinion: Why is China tucking into Africa?
There is a lot of hysteria concerning Chinese inroads into the African continent. For example, Hilary Clinton warned back in 2011: ‘We don’t want to see a new colonialism in Africa…It is easy to come in, take out natural resources, pay off leaders and leave.’
