Paris Air Show: V-200 announcements expected
UMS Skeldar has revealed it will be making what it considers ‘major contract announcements’ at the upcoming Paris Air Show regarding its heavy fuel V-200 VTOL UAS.
A joint venture between UMS Aero Group and Saab, UMS Skeldar has been pushing the V-200 for a number of potential military requirements, including entering into the final stages of the German Navy’s efforts to procure a VTOL UAS capability for its fleet.
The V-200 has also been sold to the Indonesian military, entered a strategic partnership with 3FAS in India and trialled by a range of naval forces.
