Kondopoga performs training tasks
Russia’s Kola All-Arms Flotilla’s Kondopoga amphibious ship has successfully performed training and combat tasks in the Barents Sea ranges, the Russian Ministry of Defence announced on 13 July.
The ship practised artillery fire from 57mm AK-725 artillery mounts against naval and ground targets.
This included firing drills against a floating dummy mine and an air defence drill against a simulated air target.
The vessel then carried out minelaying and anti-sabotage defence drills.
