The growing importance of coalition training and partner nation military development is prompting some to consider ‘training’ as a new addition to traditional battlefield functions.
The issue surfaced this week at Modern Day Marine, when Col Matt Baker, a former commanding officer of the Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group, posed a question following an open presentation by Gen Robert Neller, Commandant of the Marine Corps.
